Orders FAQs

DiscordMerch makes it easy for everyone to keep track of his/her account.

  • 1. Sign into “My Account” and click on “My Orders” located at the top left of the initial page.

We offer a flat shipping fee of 4 USD / order.

Most of our products can be cancelled up until they are shipped for a full refund. If your order status is Draft or Pending, you can easily delete/cancel your order by yourself. If your order status is “Processing”, you can select “cancel this order” to cancel your order. Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

 *When you receive an email entitled “Payment Confirmation for Order#_______ with”, your payment has been confirmed.

To delete your order (Order Status: Draft or Pending)

My Account is’s convenient process for communicating with you about each order placed with us. Once you’re logged in, the Order Details page is your platform for contacting Customer Service via the help links placed throughout the page. The most useful one is to submit a ticket recorded questions which you need help with. Our customer service will do our best to help you solve the problem.

Shipping FAQs

  • As soon as your package is shipped out, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can log on the courier’s official site to track your order with the tracking number.

All our orders have to be processed before they can be shipped, so the total delivery time is divided into two parts: Processing Time and Shipping time.

1.* Countries which require customs duty. The customs policies differ among different countries.Once the parcel reaches the destination country, any customs or import duties that might occur should be paid by the recipient.
2. Within 1-2 business days after the order is successfully dispatched, we will provide the tracking number of your order by sending an email to the registered email address.
3. The P.O.Boxes and military address(APO, FPO) in the US can not be delivered. For the US territories,please leave a note when you place an order. For example,if your address is in Guam, Puerto Rico, you could state Guam, Puerto Rico in the country section.
4.Customers from Russia please leave a message to illustrate the name and the specific address of your company because the private address in Russia can not be delivered.

In some cases, there will be VAT or other taxes, customs duties or fees levied by your destination country. Additional charges for taxes or customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Please note that we are unable to list items as a gift or write an amount lower than the actual product price on customs forms.

Sorry, we don’t ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. Please provide a street address.If you provide a PO Box or APO/FPO military address, it will delay shipment of your items.
